Before Delivery
Let’s talk Delivery..
All sofas are handmade for your order therefore you MUST CHECK and measure up to make sure you have enough room for your item. Please always alloway extra 10cm room on each side of your item to fit in comfortably in your space.
You MUST also make sure you have access to your home, the items will fit through your doors etc. If you need help to decide our team happy to advice.
We offer to most UK locations FREE 1 man door step delivery on sofas or dining sets.
If you would like us to place the item in your home and assembly it please let us know in advance. Assembly fee will apply.

On the Day
We will contact you few days in advance to book your delivery in.
On the day in the morning we will give you and estimated arrival time.
You have to make sure you will have your home ready for the new furniture. If needed door or window removed please note this is not our drivers responsibility.

On delivery
Once the driver arrived at your address you must check your item, sign delivery note and pay your balance if aplicable.
What if?
In the unlikely event of the item being damaged or not right you must let us know immediately. This case please REFUSE delivery and contact our office.
Please note after this point we cannot take any responsibility for any damage.
